Khronos II

I REALLY SUCK AT TITLES!
But at least the picture is done
Khronos is using his powers to cover himself in ice (starting with the strange little blue thingy on his back leg)

EDIT: I did put fog in there.. to hide his fucked up legs God I need training in anatomy..
